Volunteers will be stationed at the sign in table, assisting parents, students, teachers and visitors. They will assist with sign in/out, general information, and contacting the Campus Coordinator when needed. They will also make sure that all are being quiet and not running the lobby or hallway area.

Volunteer will be stationed at the front door, helping monitor those who enter/exit the building and greeting and assisting parents, students, teachers and visitors.

Volunteer is needed to monitor the field area and to maintain a safe play space for students, making sure that students are staying within allowed areas and not leaving the premises or going in the woods or the parking lot. Students and families are allowed to use the tents, the field across from the school, and the basketball courts. The monitor will also be in charge of making sure the outdoor play area is cleaned up from the day. Please see Campus Coordinator for more specifics to this role.

All classrooms/rooms should be put back as originally found: empty garbage, close windows, tidy, wipe sinks, sweep floors, etc.

This volunteer will put out lost and found items on Wednesdays for families to claim as well as take pictures of items for weekly Basking Ridge post.

Event Coordinator facilitate volunteer sign ups for event leaders & helps plan and execute special events with the Campus Coordinator at Basking Ridge (i.e. Thanksgiving potluck, holiday events, themed days, etc.).
