Volunteer will assist with morning building setup, liaison directed. Other set up responsibilities include set up of tables and chair, blessing table too, welcome table, bathroom checks, signs on the wall, outside, open playground, put out garbage, cones on the field, and room checks. Others will also serve as floaters.

Volunteer will be stationed at the front door, helping monitor those who enter/exit the building and greeting and assisting parents, students, teachers and visitors. Rounds the perimeter of the building.

Volunteers will be stationed at the sign in table, assisting parents, students, teachers and visitors. They will assist with sign in/out, general information, and contacting family liaisons when needed. This hour includes initial setup of sign in table.

Volunteers are needed to monitor the upper level hallway 1 (over the lobby), so it remains safe & quiet. All Faith Center family members should be wearing name tags. If they are not, please remind them to put their name tags on. This is for the safety of our families. There should be no eating on any carpeted area, so anyone seen eating needs reminding of this. Monitors the flow of the Front Stairs and Back Stairs as well.

Volunteers are needed to monitor the downstairs fellowship hall/hallway so it remains safe & quiet. All Faith Center family members should be wearing name tags. Families should not enter the kitchen or other areas specified by facility signs.

Volunteer is needed to monitor the parking lot to maintain a safe play space for students and to monitor that students are staying within marked areas and not leaving the premises or going in front of the church. The monitor will also be in charge of making sure the outdoor play area and front entrance is cleaned up from the day. All classrooms/rooms should be put back as originally found: empty garbage, close windows, tidy, wipe sinks, etc. Liaison will divide cleanup tasks/areas of building between volunteers.

Volunteer will manage supply box for shared items that families donate (i.e. paper products, hot chocolate mix, plastic utensils, etc,) letting liaison know when items are in low supply.

This volunteer will put out lost and found items on Mondays for families to claim as well as take pictures of items for weekly Cedar Grove email.
