Volunteer is stationed at the main door of the Children’s Ministry Center monitoring students/children exiting the building, making sure that anyone spending free time outside in the parking lot area/grass areas by the parking lot has an adult overseeing them. During this hour the volunteer makes sure any garbage has been cleaned up and brings any items left behind to the lost and found.

Coordinates dance recital dance costumes for all locations with the dance director.

Plan pre-K crafts, purchase supplies (reimbursed expense) and run class (1/2 hour) with assistant. Craft ideas/resources available. Class runs from the first week of October through last week of April.

Assists Pre-K Leader and leads class if Leader is out of the class for any reason. Class runs from the first week of October through last week of April.

Coordinators are responsible for choosing and providing a variety of age appropriate books to read to preschoolers during these 30 minutes. Fingerplays, songs. games and any other circle time activities are welcome! Preschool classes begin the first week of October and end the last week in April.

The Nursery Door Monitor is responsible for making sure that only age-appropriate children accompanied by a parent are using the nursery.

Volunteers are needed to sit in the hall to ensure students keep the halls safe and quiet.

Coordinators are needed to assist the Family Liaisons, the Faith Center Executive Director, and The Fall Musical Director,  to ensure the completion of all performance details such as the Printed Program, Dress Rehearsal Schedule, Performance Schedule, and Performance logistics. These individuals will also help coordinate participating family signups to help with show/performance details as well as coordinating cleanup of the rooms used by families during the weekly rehearsals at the end of the day. Coordinators are responsible to be at each of the Thursday/Saturday rehearsals.

Individuals who are willing to serve where needed, when scheduled parent volunteers are unable to fulfill their family service responsibilities.

End of day cleanup/breakdown responsibilities will be divided between team to make sure the buildings are back in order.
