Session 2:
Understand the use of standardized tests

Thursday March 3rd, 1pm - Somerset

Explore the options for standardized tests, what the SATs and ACTs do, and be introduced to the College Board.

 

Session 3:
Plan ahead for after high school
Tuesday April 5th, 1pm - Randolph

Thursday April 7th, 1pm - Somerset

Discover the options available for finding careers in trade, higher education, and military, and compose a transcript that best reflects your child’s education.

 

Session 4:
Make college applications stress-free
Tuesday April 26th, 1pm - Randolph

Thursday April 28th, 1pm - Somerset

Learn the ins and outs on college applications, recommendations, scholarships, and using admission counselors as a resource.

Meet our Guest Speaker: Jeanmarie Kozan

Practicing Attorney

Jeanmarie Witham Kozan received her Juris Doctor degree at Rutgers School of Law in 1990.

Rutgers Graduate

She received her bachelor’s degrees in Religion and English from Rutgers University in 1987.

Adjunct Professor

Jeanmarie has taught as an adjunct professor at Bergen Community College for two decades, and taught at Kean University from 1995 until 2000, teaching courses in International Law, Government, Legal Writing, and Ethics, among others.

Homeschooler

Jeanmarie is also very familiar with homeschooling as she has homeschooled 6 children and taught high school classes in a homeschool cooperative for 15 years.

Law Firm Owner

Jeanmarie and her husband are the owners of a law firm in New Jersey where they have a civil law practice.
